Every batch also passes X-ray needle detection. Core accounts and premium products are made in house; selected simpler products run at qualified partner facilities under the same QC.

Factory audits: amfori BSCI and SGS. Quality management: ISO 9001. Material compliance: REACH documentation is supplied by our fabric mills; CA Prop 65 and other market-specific tests are arranged per order with third-party labs. Every batch passes X-ray needle detection, with AQL inspection at cutting, in-line and final stages. Salt spray, tensile and abrasion tests on hardware are run by third-party labs — an outside report carries more weight than an in-house one, and it goes straight into your compliance file.

We do not hold GRS certification ourselves. Our recycled polyester fabrics, including PU- and PVC-coated synthetic leather, come from GRS-certified mills; the GRS scope certificate belongs to the mill, and a transaction certificate (TC) covering your goods can be requested from the mill for your order. For recycled cotton or denim, we source through a GRS-certified cotton mill on request.

Standard terms are MOQ 300 pieces per style and colorway. Samples take 3–7 days for an existing style and 7–10 working days for a new structure, counted from confirmation of the specification, materials, logo files and sample fee. Tooling-dependent projects are scheduled separately. Sample fee: USD 80-250 per sample depending on structure; completely new structures are quoted separately. Courier is charged at cost. Metal-logo and zipper-pull moulds: USD 50-150 each, one-time, not deducted. The sample fee is refunded only when the first order of that same style reaches 300 pcs per style per color. It cannot be credited to another style, and separate orders cannot be added together to reach 300. The refund applies to that order only and is not an unconditional cash refund. A case-by-case first order of 200 pieces or fewer receives no sample-fee refund. For a case-by-case first order of 201–299 pieces, sample-fee handling is discussed case by case, with no refund promise. Tooling, plate-making and third-party testing fees are not deducted. Samples are never free. Production runs 15–30 days for light customization or 20–45 working days for heavy customization.
