Totes cover an unusually wide price range, and the deciding variable is fabric weight. Promotional runs use 8–10oz cotton; retail totes that need to stand up on a shelf use 12–16oz canvas with interlining, a boxed base and reinforced handle anchors. Getting this wrong is the most common reason a tote programme disappoints.
We build zip-top and open-top versions, add interior organiser panels or padded laptop sleeves for work totes, and offer screen print, embroidery and full-colour digital print for artwork. Handle length is specified to either hand-carry or shoulder-carry, which sounds minor until customers complain.
For gifting and event programmes we can pack individually with hangtags and barcode labels so cartons ship straight through to distribution.
