Materials & Construction
Each bag is crafted from 100% natural cotton canvas with a 12oz fabric weight, chosen for durability without excessive stiffness. The outer material, inner material, and lining are all cotton, ensuring a breathable and natural feel. Handles are made from the same 12oz canvas, and the open-top closure facilitates quick loading. The solid Caribbean blue color is available in the current stock configuration, but we can produce any Pantone color for your line.
Customization & Ordering
We are an integrated manufacturer and trading company based in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China, with a 3,000 m² plant and a team of over 100 staff. Our capacity reaches 100,000 units per month, and we offer in-house QC and AQL inspection to ensure consistent quality. The MOQ is 300 pieces per style and per colorway. Sampling takes 3–7 days, and bulk production takes 15–30 days for light customization or 20–45 days for heavy customization. Sample fees can be deducted from the bulk-order payment after order confirmation. The applicable amount and freight are confirmed in the quotation.
