Materials & Construction

The body is made from 600D polyester, a fabric chosen for a light feel with dependable daily wear. The bag uses soft-shell construction with zipper closures throughout, and the adjustable strap setup is stitched to support a fully loaded pack. Hardware and closure choices are kept practical and functional for regular court and travel use.

Customization & Ordering

We are Jinhua Yilan Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., a factory in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China, offering OEM/ODM development, private-label branding and in-house QC with AQL inspection. Our 3,000 m² plant runs with 100+ staff and a capacity of 100,000 units per month. MOQ is 300 pieces per style and colourway. Samples take 3–7 days; bulk orders take 15–30 days for light customisation or 20–45 working days for heavy customisation. The sample fee is refunded only when the first order of that same style reaches 300 pcs per style per color. It cannot be credited to another style, and separate orders cannot be added together to reach 300. The refund applies to that order only and is not an unconditional cash refund. A case-by-case first order of 200 pieces or fewer receives no sample-fee refund. For a case-by-case first order of 201–299 pieces, sample-fee handling is discussed case by case, with no refund promise. Tooling, plate-making and third-party testing fees are not deducted.
