Materials & Construction
The body is made from 600D polyester, a fabric chosen for a light feel with dependable daily wear. The bag uses soft-shell construction with zipper closures throughout, and the adjustable strap setup is stitched to support a fully loaded pack. Hardware and closure choices are kept practical and functional for regular court and travel use.
Customization & Ordering
We are Jinhua Yilan Industry & Trade Co., Ltd., a factory in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China, offering OEM/ODM development, private-label branding and in-house QC with AQL inspection. Our 3,000 m² plant runs with 100+ staff and a capacity of 100,000 units per month. MOQ is 300 pieces per style and colourway. Samples take 3–7 days; bulk orders take 15–30 days for light customisation or 20–45 days for heavy customisation. Sample fees can be deducted from the bulk-order payment after order confirmation. From Brief to Delivery
- Sample and applicable development fees are paid before development.
- Sample fees can be deducted from the bulk-order payment after order confirmation.

- After sample approval, light customization takes 15–30 days and heavy customization takes 20–45 days.
- Production begins after final sample approval, specifications, colors, materials, logo, packaging, PI, deposit and production files are all confirmed.
