Materials & Construction
The outer shell is 600D Oxford polyester with a PU coating for weather resistance and color retention. A lightweight PE board skeleton reinforces structural panels, and load-bearing seams are double-stitched with bonded nylon thread rated for loads up to 8 kg (approximately 17.6 lbs). Hardware components are tested for corrosion resistance. The interior uses a soft, short-pile fleece lining that is removable and washable. Every unit passes inline QC inspection at our facility before packing.
