Tell us the pet size and weight range, intended use, order quantity per colorway and destination. For an airline-related brief, provide the airline and the current limits you need the design to meet. Standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style and colorway; product-specific exceptions are confirmed on the product page and in the quotation.

Choose by use first: a soft carrier for transport, a backpack for carrying on foot, or car-travel gear for a road-trip range. Compare the opening, usable internal space, base support, ventilation and cleaning access. The displayed models are starting points; ask which features are included in the exact configuration being quoted.

For a carrier brief, agree how dimensions, maximum load, tether attachments, zippers, mesh and base support will be checked. A general airline-friendly description is not approval for every airline or aircraft. Confirm the requirements and test evidence for the selected build before making a product claim.

Send a catalog model or reference image with your branding and packaging needs. Sampling normally takes 3–7 days after requirements, materials, files and sample payment are confirmed. Light-customization production takes 15–30 days and heavy-customization production 20–45 days after production-start conditions are met. Shipping is separate.
