What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style and colorway — that is the minimum we accept for a first order with a new customer. Complex or fully bespoke builds may need more; contact us for the exact MOQ on your specific product.

How are sample fees calculated?

Sample fees depend on product complexity and can be deducted from the bulk-order payment after order confirmation. The applicable amount and freight are confirmed in the quotation.

How long does production take?

Light customization normally takes 15–30 days after sample approval. Heavy customization, including major structural development or new tooling, normally takes 20–45 days after sample approval.

Can I mix multiple styles in one order?

Our standard MOQ is calculated separately for each style and colorway. Any exception or mixed program must be confirmed in the quotation.

How do you ensure product quality?

Our factory is BSCI certified with a comprehensive quality management system. Inspections are conducted at multiple production stages, with 100% final inspection before shipment — plus a full QC report provided.
