Sampling and production planning
Standard MOQ is 300 pieces per style and colorway. Sampling normally takes 3–7 days after requirements, materials, files and sample payment are confirmed. Sample fees can be deducted from the bulk-order payment after order confirmation. The applicable amount and freight are confirmed in the quotation.
Light-customization production normally takes 15–30 days; heavy customization involving major structural changes, new tooling or full development takes 20–45 days after production-start conditions are met.
