Ask for a swatch and the actual material specification. Confirm thread, lining, foam, zipper, buckle, strap and seam construction together. Changing one component can change the shape, feel and sample result. Water resistance, load limits and durability claims require agreed test conditions and evidence for the selected build.

Private-label customisation
We can review dimensions, pocket layout, straps, fabric colours, logo placement, hardware and packaging. Branding options include printing, embroidery, woven labels, patches and custom hardware, depending on the design.
Send the artwork and intended placement. We will confirm feasibility, setup or tooling charges, colour availability and order minimum before sampling. Hardware upgrades, special dyeing and revision rounds are project-specific quotation items.
For retail or fulfilment packaging, provide current label files, barcode instructions, carton requirements and destination. The approved packing specification should identify the included labels and documents.

Heavy customisation includes major structural changes, new tooling or full new-product development. Product-specific exceptions must be stated on the product page and confirmed in its quotation.
Sample fees can be deducted from the bulk-order payment after order confirmation. The applicable amount and freight are confirmed in the quotation. Ask us to separate sample, development, tooling and testing charges for comparison.
The sample fee includes one revision round. Further customer-requested revision rounds are quoted separately; corrections of our own errors against the confirmed specification are resampled without an additional sample fee.
